We are looking for someone who LOVES challenges and likes to work on mechanical HVAC units that you can walk INTO and not sit on. Like tearing down and rebuilding boilers? We do. Like performing engineering level airflow measurements? We do. Like the complexities of VRF? We do. We service commercial and industrial mechanical systems (specializing in HVAC) in SW WA and the whole Willamette Valley. We tackle what light commercial companies CANNOT and we are good at it. Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Frequently is required to climb or balance. Work Environment:
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is considered normal. Required to drive a company vehicle daily.

- Journeyman HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- VRF Controls: 1 year (Preferred)
- Commercial HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)
