process from start to completion. We are currently seeking professionally mature,
self-motivated and driven individuals with a very strong work ethic and basic
understanding of carpentry skills to join our growing team as Custom Closet
Installer.
The Custom Closet Installer will play a
significant role within the Company’s home installation team by consistently
representing the brand in a professional and positive manner and providing
exceptional customer service to our clients. Inspired Closets offers competitive
starting pay based on closet installation experience, with excellent opportunities
for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom closets using hand and power tools, ensuring precise measurements and quality craftsmanship.
- Utilize carpentry skills to construct and assemble closet components according to design specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive to various job sites with a valid driver's license to install custom closet systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic carpentry skills
- Proficient with hand power tools
- A prior record of success, particularly in the home improvement, construction industry
- Knowledge and ability in providing good customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- A current North Carolina or South Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record is mandatory

Pay: $56,401.00 - $64,756.00 per year
