Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for customer savings or improved value by proposing value added options for customers
- Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners
- Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers
- Generate referrals from completed jobs with happy customers
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Create sales proposals that are clear and precise for the installation team
- Create confidant buyers, providing transparent information about their purchase
- Represent King Heating Cooling and Plumbing in a way that creates lasting loyal customer relationships, and produces referrals
Qualifications:
- Engaging presentation and public speaking skills
- Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines
- Proven track record in sales; 2 years minimum of HVAC sales experience
- IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to determine job profitability and cost based on scope of work
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
- Strong verbal and written communication
