We are currently seeking HVAC Technicians with a minimum of 10 years commercial and residential service/ installation experience to join our team. Competitive compensation based on work experience. · Must have a CFC Type I & II certification or better.
· Must have a MD HVAC Apprentice license or better.
-Multi-Family and Light to Medium Commercial/Industrial project experience.
-Troubleshooting, service and repair of split systems, RTUs, mini-splits, Fans, VRF / VRV Systems
-Minor low voltage control experience and knowledge of line voltage wiring as it pertains to HVAC systems.
-Installation of refrigeration and condensate piping.
-Central Plant experience a plus.
-Previous Sheet Metal experience is a plus.
· Must hold a valid drivers' license with a safe driving record.
· Must be able to perform duties in compliance with OSHA regulations.
