Position Overview: Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician ready to step into a leadership role? In this position, you’ll utilize your expertise to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while mentoring a crew of apprentice technicians. Responsibilities for the Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems promptly.
Lead a team of apprentice technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Maintain accurate service records and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications for the Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC and refrigeration certifications preferred.
4–8 years of commercial HVAC experience; lead/foreman experience preferred.
Current TDLR Technician Card and EPA Type II certification required.
Strong knowledge of commercial systems and diagnostic tools.
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record.
