What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2+ years in commercial plumbing with experience in sectors like education, hospitality, industrial, or healthcare.
- People Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Commitment: A readiness to tackle a range of tasks, from service and replacement projects to maintaining an organized truck.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on-call nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis (calls are rare, but we offer an extra stipend).
- Growth-Minded: Eagerness to learn, improve your trade, and pursue state licensure.
- Expertise: Knowledge of various plumbing systems, including fixtures, PVF systems, water heaters, mixing valves, and drain cleaning.
Work Schedule:
- Enjoy a balanced workweek of 42-47 hours. (While 60+ hours is rare, we value your time.)
