Mandalay on 4th is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect vacated apartments and schedule necessary services and repairs.
- Complete special projects as may be assigned or prioritized by management/ownership.
- Complete and oversee preventative maintenance.
- Order parts and supplies/maintain inventory within company guidelines utilizing appropriate inventory control systems. Maintain shop(s) to standards to facilitate assessment of inventory.
- Possess working knowledge of HVAC systems as required to maintain, repair, and replace systems. Must be HVAC certified if required.
- Possess advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry to be performed on vacant or occupied units.
- Pool/spa maintenance as required by jurisdiction or property.
Skills:
- Must be HVAC Certified.
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate (some college or technical training preferred).
- Physical requirements include: excessive mobility, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to operate hand tools for repairs, ability to drive, and tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather may be necessary.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver’s License.
