The HVAC Plant Mechanic performs repairs and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other mechanical equipment. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and commercial HVAC and refrigeration.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Preferred candidates will have at least three years of 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of BMS Systems is required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift moderate amount of weight.
Good verbal communication skills.
