Job Responsibilities:
As a Plumber, you will play a crucial role in our plumbing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation and Repairs: Expertly install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to identify the root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including apprentices and helpers, to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns and focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Mentoring: Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, helping them develop their plumbing skills.
- Tools and Equipment: Maintain and care for plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Documentation: Complete accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
Requirements:
- Journeyman License: Hold a valid plumbing journeyman license in Arizona.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a plumbing journeyman.
- Skills: Proficiency in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Safety: Commitment to safety protocols and knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
- Team Player: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Reliable: Dependable, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
