Seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our Property Management team in the Charlotte, NC area!
Job Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
- Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Repair and maintain the grounds, interior/exterior of the building and all common areas
- Excellent customer service
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 6 months general maintenance experience, Property management experience a plus
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance
- HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a PLUS
- Own set of tools is a plus
Pay Rate: $20 - 23/hr -
