Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and field service teams to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while on the job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Skills
- Proficient in equipment repair and field service operations related to HVAC/R systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems.
- Experience as a service technician or mechanic in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities associated with job duties.

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
