Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Conditioned Air License Holder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning units in various settings. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Work with high voltage systems and ensure all electrical components are functioning correctly.
- Perform stick welding as needed for repairs or installations.
- Operate scissor lifts safely to access elevated equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff in an industrial maintenance environment to ensure optimal operation of all equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in a manufacturing facility or related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including high voltage components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with stick welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous military experience is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
