We are looking for the right operations leader who shares our vision and can help us take Temperature Control from $2M/yr. to $10M.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our technician team, fostering a strong culture of camaraderie and growth.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Prioritize and oversee work execution, ensuring timely completion and top-tier quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the team regarding project updates and issues.
- Manage parts ordering and send customer quotes promptly when needed.
- Manage inventory of shop and technician's vans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and work quality.
- Report on key metrics, including operational efficiency, revenue, and gross margins.
Requirements
- Grit.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction or field services industry. Commercial HVACR experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
