## Job Summary As a Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. ## Responsibilities - Manage and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics - Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Inspect vehicles to determine necessary repair work - Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly ## Skills - Proficient in soldering, welding, and vehicle maintenance - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembling components - Knowledge of auto estimating, auto body repair, and auto glass replacement is a plus - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
