Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks as per manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct tire services including rotation, balancing, and installation.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service tasks.
- Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair or service is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed for tire services and other tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of oil change procedures and general automotive maintenance is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in automotive service.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
