We are seeking a motivated and friendly HVAC Customer Service Representative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must have 5 yrs of customer service experience.
- Minimum 3 yrs of HVAC preferred.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Oversee a team of customer service representatives (CSRs), ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide information about our HVAC services and products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Act as a point of contact for more complex or escalated customer service issues that CSRs are unable to resolve.
- Create programs or initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
