Job description
- Candidate should be ready today to lead and complete residential installs while utilizing and developing apprentice staff.
-Candidate should have minimum 4 years experience and competency in the installation of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits. Boiler experience is appreciated but not required.
-We do not do seasonal layoffs. We have year-round work and provide slow-season financial incentives.
-Employees are on call after-hours 1-3 days approximately every two weeks. Dispatched calls are surcharged $189 with $100 going directly to the technician + hourly wage. $50 per on-call shift paid to technician regardless of dispatching.
-Take-home vehicle available after 60 days of employment.
-Earn 2 weeks/10 days PTO per year +10 paid holidays per year
