Starting Date - Late September (Please Read)
We are currently Hiring a SELECT FEW to join our Rockstar Team to Install and Remove Christmas Lights on Commercial and Residential jobs.
Pay is based on experience and ability to LEARN, your rate of Pay will Increase Over Time as your Skills and Ability Increase.
No Experience is Necessary! We will train you to be Successful and Safe!
Jobs will start in Early October to the end of January.
Training will start in late September. Our typical work week is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. This increases to 6 days a week starting a week before Thanksgiving. We work on commercial and high-end residential properties.

REQUIRED:
- Ability to work In the US
- A Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Reliable Transportation to the same pick up location (Hawthorne, CA)
- Ability to Communicate and Show Up ON TIME!
- Ability to Work 5 to 6 days a Week 8 hrs. Per Day October - January
Preferred:
- Experienced with Hanging Christmas Lights
- Experienced Operating Aerial Equipment
- Experienced with Tree Climbing Equipment and Techniques (extra compensation available)
- Understanding of electrical practices

Daily Tasks:
- Show Up On Time! Mandatory.
- Hang/Wrap/Install Christmas Lights on the following but not limited to:
- Roofs 10' to 50' high
- Trees (10' to 20’' tall)
- Hang / Install Wreaths (24'' to 10') and Garland on all types of items * Ability to carry and climb ladders 8' to 40' tall
- Operate Aerial Equipment - Training Provided
- Ensure a Safe Working Environment
- Ability to Overcome Unforeseen Issues and Think Critically about Problems that Arise
