Behrens & Associates Environmental Noise Control specializes in providing practical solutions for environmental noise and vibration measurement, analysis, and control. Services offered include field noise and vibration measurements, acoustical surveys, noise assessments, impact studies, traffic and stationary source noise measurements, mitigation design, environmental approvals, permitting, and acoustical audits. The company inventories a full line of noise control materials and provides professional installation services.
Responsibilities
- Safely install and remove sound control materials by hand or using machinery including but not limited to skid steers, extended reach forklifts, and cranes.
- Stack sound control materials by hand.
- Operate various hand tools during sound wall installation.
- Assist in site preparation including manual digging/trenching.
- Assist in site cleanup.
- Assist in the building and refurbishment of sound control materials.
- Assist with miscellaneous yard work as requested.
Qualifications
- Experience operating equipment, such as fork lifts, skid steers and boom lifts
- Working with and around cranes.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and overtime/weekends as needed.
- Ability to drive company vehicles as needed- valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Construction experience and/or oil field experience a plus
- Welding experience a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
