A day in the life of our HVAC Service Tech includes:
- Evaluate, maintain and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC systems to include heat pumps, chilled water systems, boilers, rooftop heating and cooling units, and automatic temperature controls.
- Examine and install air conditioning systems as well as recommend measures to improve production methods, performance, and quality of product.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years experience desired but not required.
- Must possess EPA certification (for HVAC/R roles).
Hours usually sit at 8 am to 5 pm but can vary between 40 to 50 hours a week. On call will be needed as well but is rotated out to the team to still provided to keep work life balance.
