FT MAINTENANCE
New Opportunity to join one of the leading property management & investment companies in the Twin
Cities!
Full-time Property Maintenance Position, including extremely generous medical, dental & 401K, employer sponsored plans! Combined with optional insurance coverages and 120 hours of annual PTO!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 5 years multi-family property maintenance experience and possess a current Class C Engineers License. HVAC Cert a plus!
Would be responsible for 3 sister-buildings all within 3 – 5 miles of each other, in the Brooklyn Park/New
Hope communities. Hours are Monday – Friday, from 8a -5p. Mileage between sites and 1 week of call once every 6 weeks.
