Responsibilities
- Assist the lead installer in the installation of signs and various support structures, including the drilling and pouring of concrete foundations.
- Complete all paperwork as required by management, such as work orders, material lists, etc.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of signs, pipe, and other related materials.
- Perform general maintenance on company trucks and equipment, including maintaining the general appearance both inside and outside of the trucks, as well as ensuring the care and security of company vehicles and equipment.
- Complete all work activities demonstrating attention to high-quality, precise, and detailed work.
- Perform necessary housekeeping activities, including but not limited to picking up all debris resulting from installation activities, and properly storing all materials and equipment when not in use, including materials that may be offensive or hazardous.
- Demonstrate professionalism in the workplace as well as on all job sites.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including availability for overtime hours as required by management.
- Be physically able to safely and efficiently perform the physical requirements of this position.
- Attend all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
- Provide care and security for all company resources.
- Must be available for extended travel to job sites both in and out of the state.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License required.
- Installation experience with exterior or interior electrical signage preferred.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Previous experience with light construction and/or vinyl wraps is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or construction drawings.
- Experience working with power tools, drills, and hand tools.
- Experience in welding, electrical work, and general construction preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
