We are a large and established metro Detroit service company. We have multiple locations with buildings and infrastructure needs to address. The position we are looking to fill is a unique job in that we do a bit of everything and we do a lot of multi-tasking. It’s fun and different almost every day. We encourage thinking outside the box. A lot of this job is learn as you go because of the unique equipment we use. If you are the type of person that is not afraid of getting dirty at times, a do it yourself kind of person, a person that fixes your own car or does home repairs, then this is the job for you.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair failures of facilities.- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
- Perform necessary repairs at customer’s locations.
- Keep work areas clean, neat and safe.
- Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and welding (welding preferred but not required).
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
