Job Description:

A Perfect Climate Inc. is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. We have been providing high-quality HVAC services in the Chicagoland area for over 37 years, and we continue to grow. Our mission is to deliver exceptional residential and light commercial installation services to our valued customers, and we need a dedicated HVAC Installer to help us achieve this.

What You’ll Do:

Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required).
EPA Certification (required).
NATE Certification (preferred).
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
