Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment critical to our food production process, ensuring our iconic products are always crafted with the highest quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on food production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery on-site, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Work independently, following company guidelines with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience, ideally with food production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide updates as needed.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds unassisted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
