HVAC Technician
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team, responsible for upgrading and replacing HVAC systems in residential apartment communities. This is a full-time position with no after-hours on-call, offering a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Install & Replace HVAC Systems: Remove and install air handlers and condensing units in residential apartments, ensuring proper operation.
- System Startup & Quality Checks: Perform system startups and confirm correct function for new installations.
- Efficient Workflow: Complete 2 full change-outs per day, maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Work Environment Flexibility: Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant units.
Qualifications:
- Certifications: CFC/EPA Type II or Universal required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in residential HVAC installation and repair.
- Skills: Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in varying conditions, and use ladders.
- Tools & Tech: Proficient in using HVAC tools and mobile devices for job management.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided).
