We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Manager to lead HVAC employees to service, maintain, and repair the clients' HVAC systems. As an HVAC Service Manager, you must manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.
Pay: Annual earning potential exceeding $100,000!

Requirements:
- 3+ years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HVAC Technical knowledge is required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
