We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
*Duties*
- Manage scheduling appointments and maintain calendar
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized office space
- Assist with ordering materials and equipment
- Prior work with an HVAC company is desired
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Conduct basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Support office management tasks as needed
- Perform personal assistant duties for managers when required
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Familiarity with Payzerware software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Prior experience in customer service or support is advantageous
- Knowledge of calendar management tools and data entry processes

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
