Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, including troubleshooting complex HVAC problems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC/R field service or property maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites.
- Experience with appliance repair is a plus.
- Ability to weld is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Note: This position requires hands-on work in the field, so physical stamina is necessary. The ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions is also required.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
