We are mainly a residential HVAC Company focused on retro, installation, and service of HVAC equipment.
```Duties```
-Mainly deal with day to day operations. Delegate any issues to other company personnel.
-Deal with issues that other company personnel are not able to handle.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- If need be offer remote support or advice in installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, including troubleshooting complex HVAC issues. Refer to accountable tech support if need be.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment inventory, and customer information.
-Provide office support when needed.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and profit loss management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in strategic planning and project management
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
