Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will also engage in territory management and business development activities, contributing to the growth of our services.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize service opportunities.
- Utilize Service Titan software for tracking service calls, managing accounts, and documenting work performed.
- Engage in cold calling and business development efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on B2B interactions.
- Experience in territory sales or account management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software for managing customer relationships is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.96 - $36.33 per hour
