We're on the hunt for experienced Handymen and Certified or Licensed Electricians who can bring their skills to our diverse range of residential and commercial properties. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for our clients.
As an Electrician at Nandail Property Management, you will:
- Install & Maintain: Handle electrical systems in both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues to keep properties running smoothly.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards for all tasks.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service by communicating with clients and addressing their electrical needs in a professional manner.
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for:
- Versatile Maintenance: Complete a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work, and general repairs.
- Problem Solving: Identify maintenance issues and address them efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver top-notch service.
Electrician:
- Certified or licensed electrician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience in both residential and commercial settings is a plus.

Handyman:
