Anderson McQue has been appointed by a leading provider of fuels and alternative fueling solutions to recruit a Field Service Mechanic for their team in Miami.
Our dynamic company, a leading turnkey solution provider in the fueling infrastructure industry, seeks a skilled Service Technician to join their team. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various fueling equipment, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, site controllers, credit card readers, cash register consoles, tank monitoring equipment, and other station equipment.
- Adhere to safety, fire, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Analyze equipment issues and determine appropriate action for service and repair.
- Conduct necessary repairs and scheduled maintenance professionally and productively.
- Resolve warranty calls on dispensers and tank monitors.
- Perform after-hours service calls and preventative maintenance on station electronics, computers, and fuel dispensing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by completing assigned duties cost-effectively.
- Obtain and maintain certifications from original equipment manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with computer operations; willingness to learn computer skills.
- Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand 8-10 hours per day.
- Pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company.
