Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various types of equipment, including Car Wash systems, pumps and motors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the root cause of problems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Strong mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Skills
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with car washes, water pumps is a plus.
- Ability to drive a van for service calls and possess a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of water pump motors repair techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of repairs or maintenance procedures.
