An Apartment community in Downtown Cleveland is seeking a General Maintenance Worker. Excellent opportunity for an individual with plumbing, electrical, and entry-level heating and air conditioning experience.

General areas of responsibilities:
- Performs routine maintenance and general repairs.
- Complete service requests.
- Make available apartments ready for move-in.
- Maintain the physical condition of the property.
- Conduct apartment inspections.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Order supplies.
- Comply with all operating, safety and Fair Housing policies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST.
Background and drug screening required
