ClimateCare HVAC Services has an immediate need for a lead installer for our Residential Division. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of field experience, installing (communicating & non-communicating) heat pumps, furnaces, A/C, and ductless systems. This candidate must be able to read a wiring diagram with confidence, land wires for thermostats, zone system and controls. Must have experience installing duct work and the ability to make duct transitions in the field. This position offers advancement opportunities, competitive pay, commission and biannual bonuses. In addition, we offer an incentive/bonus program. We pay 90% of the employee's health insurance and family members can be added at additional cost. ClimateCare installs multiple brands of equipment although we are a Trane TCS dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond contractor. Our office is located in Crofton, although our lead installers are dispatched from the field and travel directly to jobsites.

We are seeking an experienced team player who wants to find a long-term home. Someone who enjoys doing installation work and who we can pair with an experienced Jr. installer/helper. We offer in-house training classes and manufacturers equipment training classes at our key vendor locations. We are fortunate to have an incredible group of installers and seeking to grow our successful team.

QUALIFICATIONS

 At least 5 years of experience installing ducted and ductless split systems
 Experience reading a wiring diagram
 Ability to install duct work and fabricate duct transitions in the field
 Have confidence in wiring and landing thermostat, zone systems and controls.
 Professional appearance and demeanor
 Strong and dependable work ethic
 Ability to work independently without close supervision
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Strong attention to detail and organization skills
 Personable with strong listening skills
