We are seeking a Service Plumber to join the Sterling Plumbing team. The right candidate will possess plumbing parts knowledge and have a good attitude for learning and training.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues .
Water heater repairs and installations.
Clogged drains, pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement and repairs, sink repair and replacement, crawl space and under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs.
Follow-up on unsold estimates.
Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solutions.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Strong organizational skills
Requirements:
Possess at least 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry or as a plumbing service technician
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and or move 10lbs - 50lbs in plumbing equipment
Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening
Clean and valid DMV record/CA License
Willing to work overtime and on call
