Description:
Summary/objective: This position performs all basic functions of a beginning unlicensed industrial electrician and related tasks in support of the assigned Journeyman.
Essential Functions
Apprentice Electricians will perform basic labor functions associated with an electrical project which include but are not limited to moving material, digging, drilling, bending conduit, hanging cable trays, pulling wire, terminating wires, marking panels, demolition of existing systems or structures, and the supporting team goals. Follows all safety regulations and site specific rules. Responsible for supporting the company culture and positive relationship with customers. Attends daily safety briefs and signs JHA.

Supervisory responsibilities:
With several years of experience, may be assigned to guide Electrical Apprentices with less experience on singular tasks with which that lead apprentice has shown competence and leadership ability.

Office and jobsites
Physical requirements:
Must be able to perform continuous physical demands for a workday, lift up to 50 pounds, pull 100 pounds, climb ladders, twist, turn, and wear required PPE for hazardous environments for an entire workday of up to 12 hours.
Travel required: Travel may be required to meet customer needs.
Education and Experience:
Apprentice License from TDLR with 3 years of industrial electrical experience preferred
Additional eligibility requirements: Must be able to learn and operate lifts.
