Due to solid growth, we are currently seeking Field Service Technicians to provide repair and maintenance in Philadelphia, PA and Bucks County, PA areas.

Responsibilities Include: Must possess a positive attitude Responsible for producing 5 gross quality calls per day or better Responsible for delivering an FCE (First Call Efficiency) of 80% or better Responsible for maintenance and repair through replacing parts that are worn or broken while using common sense for completing the repair (i.e. Do not troubleshoot with parts) Responsible for proper and accurate trunk inventory (minimal variances) Responsible for providing an average 4-hour response to our clients Responsible for communicating with clients throughout the entire repair process from call reception to call completion Responsible for providing quality service calls on each piece of equipment serviced Responsible for communicating to the parts coordinator with parts status'/needs Responsible for possessing a reliable vehicle to travel from site to site while providing the minimal required insurance coverage for this field of work Responsible for communicating with peers and management with field actions and assistance requests Responsible for completing self- paced training courses in a timely manner Responsible for possessing and maintaining cleaning supplies to a required level Responsible for the proper care of all company provided tools (hand tools, laptops, USB sticks, SD cards, vacuum, Phone etc.)
Hiring Criteria: 3+ years of hands on field service experience Documented record of achievements – preferably in office technology.
