We are seeking an energetic, organized, self-motivated, and experienced home service dispatch person with excellent communication skills to work fulltime in our office. Experience necessary. We are an HVAC air duct cleaning company with several locations looking to add a new member to our very fun, positive and outgoing office team. Duties include a wide range of responsibilities that focus on excellent customer service, sales and organization. A strong work ethic, willingness to work with others, patience and kindness when working with our customers is a top priority. The opportunity for advancement, raises and benefits is all achievable for the right person! Pay is $18-$24/hr. There is opportunity to earn more then this very quickly as well! Duties Include

Answer service-related calls and accurately enter data - audit jobs for missing info
Prioritize and assign jobs to service professionals using dispatch software
Be aware of all pending jobs and location of service professionals in order to provide stellar customer service always
Reroute daily schedule/jobs as needed
Communicate with service professionals and fill in job related detail and close every job
Communicate effectively with CSRs and dispatch team to achieve goals
Participate in team and company trainings, and strive to improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
Be proactive in communications - solve the puzzle before it's a problem
Misc duties as needed
