Position: Refrigeration Service Technician
In this role, you will perform scheduled maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting on refrigeration equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and dispatchers.
- Build rapport with customers to recommend products, parts, or services.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade aging or inefficient equipment.
- Manage inventory and requisition parts.
- Complete work orders promptly and safely, following safety standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of refrigeration repair experience.
- Knowledge of various refrigeration equipment.
- CFESA certification (preferred).
- Universal CFC recovery certification.
- Ability to read schematics and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience using a computer tablet.
- Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and energetic demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
