Ebens Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a Install Coordinator to join the office team. The primary responsibility of this role is to aid the HVAC Installation Teams and communicate with customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in scheduling installation crews
- Ordering of Installation Equipment
- Process returned parts after job completion for warranties
- Communicate with customers and confirm next day installations
- Assist with and/or schedule part return service calls
- Answer general questions regarding rebates, warranties, and permits
- Communicate with & support installation team
- Enter installation & warranty data in CRM
- Interact in the warehouse to acquire materials for installation and service jobs
- Other general office duties as assigned by manager
