Overview: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician with a strong background in the installation and repair of refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezers, ice makers, and remote systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to: walk-in coolers and freezers, remote refrigeration systems, ice makers, upright coolers, freezers, and open-air cases.
- Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration systems.
- Perform control wiring and understand the necessary tools and equipment for installation and maintenance.
- Braze copper tubing ranging from 3/8 to 1 5/8 using oxy-acetylene or turbo torch.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration installation and repair.
- Strong knowledge of control wiring and refrigeration system components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
