Position: Director of Marketing, Sheetak, Inc.

Summary:
Sheetak is at the leading-edge of thermo-electric devices for cooling and energy harvesting, having in excess of 20 patents in this space. These devices have applicability in a diverse set of industries: electronics & computing, refrigeration & HVAC, IoT, consumer entertainment, energy, defense and aerospace, among others. Applications are characterized by growing data creation and demands for denser and higher performing systems, which need better thermal management. Sheetak is poised to exploit these industry mega-trends towards exponential growth.
As the Marketing Leader for Sheetak, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Sheetak’s thermoelectric products and solutions in the global market. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and strong leadership skills. Technical knowledge of semi-conductors, electronic components, or thermoelectric devices a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position Sheetak as a leading player in the thermoelectric devices market segment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Product Positioning and Branding:
- Define and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging to ensure consistency and a strong market presence.
- Work closely with the product management team to create compelling product positioning and value propositions.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, trade shows, and advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Content Development:
- Create and oversee the production of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, product collateral, blog posts, and videos, to educate and engage target audiences.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback into product and marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- As the company grows, build and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, setting goals, and mentoring team members to achieve their best performance.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives while maximizing the return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting:
- Implement marketing analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for company leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven experience in semiconductor or electronics component marketing or a related high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding or aptitude for technology products, and related market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Initially, this position will report to the CEO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
