We’re looking for an energetic, polite and professional plumbing and HVAC dispatcher to join our growing team who can work a variety of shifts including day shift, evening shift and night shifts.
As a dispatcher, you will match the right technician to every job, helping achieve our company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment based on location and job type.
- Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences via text, phone call and/or field service app.
- Manage the location and needs of technicians in the field.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business from our valuable customer base.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues quickly and professionally with a positive attitude.
- Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress and location as they approach the job site.
Requirements:
- Dispatcher experience 1-2 years
- Proven track record in good customer service.
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus but not required.
- Can use computers and mobile phones.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Experience with either HousecallPro or ServiceTitan dispatching software or similar
