HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems within the LA Basin
- You will be primarily responsible for performing repairs, maintenance and installation to a variety of equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, ductless systems, hermetic compressors, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner
- Work Monday- Friday 8-5 with rotating weekends (two weekends a month)
About You:
- 3-5+ years of experience with HVAC systems.
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification, REQUIRED
- NATE Certification, preferred
- Experience with VRF, strongly preferred
- High school or GED equivalent, required
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Ability to lift and maintain holding up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely climb and balance on a ladder
- Ability to work in elevated/high locations (i.e. on roofs)
- Verifiable references & work history
- Knowledge of parts and tools necessary for each workday’s assigned activities
- Possession of hand tools required for the job (list available upon request), other tools necessary are supplied.

Pay: $27.31 - $40.00 per hour
