Responsibilities for Commercial HVAC / Refrigeration Technician
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment including, but not limited to HVAC systems, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and reach-in coolers and freezers
- Take regular service calls across a designated region
- Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner
- Obtain information that addresses or anticipates the equipment service needs of the venue. Select the appropriate actions to meet and exceed quality service levels for each venue.
- Communicates parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office
- Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked
- Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines
- Meet on-call requirements
Requirements for Commercial HVAC / Refrigeration Technician * 1+ years’ experience as a Commercial or Industrial Service Technician, or relevant military service
- EPA certification
- CFESA certification would be a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work being performed
- Strong attention to detail
- Good driving record and a valid IN driver’s license
- Basic computer and iPad skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 75 pounds

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
