About the Role
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service? Our Account Manager role puts you at the heart of our client relationships, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring each client feels heard, valued, and satisfied. In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, oversee project execution, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
- Understanding Client Needs: Assess each client’s unique needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Regular Communication: Keep clients informed on project progress, address concerns, and offer solutions proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
Project Oversight
- Project Execution: Oversee client projects, ensuring completion within budget, on time, and to high-quality standards.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, technical, and service teams to align on project goals and address any operational needs.
- Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues early and coordinate with teams to resolve them, maintaining transparent communication with clients.
Account Growth
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or solutions to enhance the client’s experience.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
- Reporting and Feedback: Track client satisfaction metrics, prepare account performance reports, and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the HVAC or construction industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management abilities with a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Software Skills: Proficient in CRM software and other business tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
