Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Manager of Commercial HVAC Technical Support is responsible for overseeing the Commercial HVAC technical support team which includes inside technical engineers and field technical support engineers.
- Directs technical service teams within region in pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support, including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance services to customers.
Recommends new business tools for users and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Manages staff schedules and department budget
- Develops employee's professional skills Interfaces with internal and external customers and sales personnel.
- Analyzes product qualify defects and works with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Requires strong leadership, management and HVAC technical skills.
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer services.
- This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $100k - $125k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
