Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and staff training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with catering teams to plan and execute events that exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management within the food industry, with a focus on catering preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in developing training programs that enhance employee skills and service delivery.
- Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
